NYBFW Coverage At Manhattan's Newest Venue

During this season's New York Bridal Fashion Week, a bright, glowing light emanated from Bryant Park in midtown Manhattan as Sophisticated Weddings Magazine and Delola By Jennifer Lopez presented the US debut of the new collection by Milla Nova in the city's newest private events venue- GH On The Park.

Over 120 guests- mostly wedding planners- filled the dramatic, 100+ year old space as a pop-infused violin soundtrack courtesy of Hank Lane Music filled the air between the attendees heads and the venue's 30 foot ceilings.

The GH space was filled with floral arrangements and installations by the great Premier Events By Reema, whose post-boho sensibilities and style created a beautiful and organized chaos that was ideal for the venue. The formations were only accentuated by lush furniture provided by AFR Furniture Rentals and illuminated by ATD Audio Visual.

While guests marveled over their introduction to GH On The Park, they sipped their first taste of the new Delola By Jennifer Lopez. J.Lo's new brand of spritzes presented its first three flavors that night... and the cocktails were loved. Meanwhile, Lessing's Off-Premise catering dazzled those there with an extensive menu that included Lobster Rolls, Mini Brie + Fig Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, and Slow Roasted Short Ribs. And the desserts! THE DESSERTS!

Once the venue was full, the models emerged from the floor above, coming down the venue's dramatic staircase in the Milla Nova dresses for Bridal Reflections. As the iPhones shot up in the air, the ladies passed through the guests to the center of the GH ballroom where Reema's main installation awaited, the centerpiece of which was an old fashioned carousel horse from Great Neck Games, inspired by the Bryant Park Carousel just outside the ballroom's floor to ceiling windows.

The Milla Nova dresses were accessorized with spectacular jewelry provided by William Barthman Jewelers.

Down on the venue's first floor guests were treated to fantastic coffees in the Cupa Cabana Coffee Bar & Lounge. A common sight that evening was a guest's reaction to seeing their face in the coffee's foam. Of course, the next sight was the guest immediately putting it on social media!
