Christie Brinkley & The Prosecco-Infused "WEDDINGS" Cake
One of the sponsors of the #2019SophisticatedWeddings Release Party at Capitale, celebrating (CBS) "S.W.A.T." star David Lim's cover with (model) fiancé Markéta Kazdová was Bellissima Prosecco. And the wine's owner- supermodel, actor, philanthropist, entrepreneur, and mother-of-the-bride (to be)- Christie Brinkley, was there, partying, bubbly in hand.
Among the vendors at the event was My Daughter's Cakes, whose owner/cake designer Denise Smith was inspired to create a flavor of [wedding] cake that evening infused with Bellissima Prosecco. Smith called it: "Pink Diamonds Cake." The creation featured White Truffle Cake and Bellissima Prosecco DOC Brut, with White Chocolate Bubbly Buttercream, Bellissima Sparkling Rose Wine, and Strawberry Compote. As you can see from the photo above, Christie approved!
