Lauren Holovka emerged on the bridal scene in 2018 with the debut of Lé Lauriér, a Brooklyn-based fashion house that specialized in hand-designed and constructed couture garments. Utilizing innovative techniques that celebrate the female form, The Dress Before The Dress® custom couture robe line inspired widespread adoration that has attracted brides from around the globe.
Under Lauren’s direction and execution, Lé Lauriér has become the destination for custom bridal and evening wear- from proposal to wedding day, and every celebratory event in between. Known for pushing design boundaries with one-of-a-kind pieces, Lé Lauriér provides every bride with gowns and garments that are as unique as they are from its flagship atelier in Carroll Gardens.
On Sunday, April 10, 2022, following the recent e-commerce expansion of the Lé Lauriér brand earlier in the year, the fashion house unveiled its debut collection- The Beauty of Couture- in a runway show produced by "Sophisticated Weddings" [Magazine] to standing ovations that filled the majestic New York venue, Capitale.
The runway show began with 45 Riots' lead singer walking the catwalk 65' above the audience, belting out "Fly Away" by Tones and I. By the time the singer hit the stage, the first model was out in the room for the first of over 30 walks. Lé Lauriér's creations were accessorized by Bridal Styles Boutique. Some of the models were coupled with gentlemen in Alton Lane tuxedos and suits.
Following the exciting show guests were treated to Prosecco and Rosé courtesy of the event’s wine sponsor- Bellissima Prosecco & Wines by Christie Brinkley- and gourmet coffees from Cupa Cabana. Guest also got to visit a diamond selfie station and try on jewelry by Hi June Parker Fine Jewelry. The event's bar and furniture were supplied by High Style Rentals.
